By accessing, connecting, using, or creating an account on our website and its associated mobile applications for iPhone, iPad, Android, and any related platform (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), including without limitation any services offered therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy available at www.khadamatyjo.com. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Khadamatyjo.com / AFAQ Al-Tatawur for Websites and Portals – SPC ID 101047589 (referred to hereafter as "Khadamaty", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your use of the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations governing its use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms will be deemed as your’ acceptance of such changes.
Scope of Services
Khadamaty is a digital platform designed to facilitate and streamline the process of connecting Users with independent service providers ("Technicians") who offer specialized maintenance, contracting, and technical services ("Tasks") acrDoss residential and commercial sectors.
Through the Platform, Users can submit service requests, specify their requirements, and connect with Technicians operating within their area. Khadamaty acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary, providing Users with access to available Technicians. The execution of services, including procurement of materials and workmanship, is conducted directly by the Technicians, who operate independently from Khadamaty.
Khadamaty does not sell, perform, or interfere in the execution of any maintenance or contracting services. Users understand that Khadamaty does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, compliance, or safety of services executed by Technicians, nor the materials they may supply.
While Technicians are obligated to comply with applicable local laws, standards, and regulations, Khadamaty does not independently verify or certify the credentials, representations, qualifications, or service standards claimed by Technicians. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence prior to confirming any service request.
Khadamaty reserves the right to restrict or deny access to its Platform or services to any User, person, or jurisdiction, at its sole discretion, and without prior justification.
Service Requests & Execution Terms
When submitting a service request through the Platform, you acknowledge that:
• Khadamaty acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Technician.
• All services are executed solely by the Technician, and Khadamaty does not control or influence the method, timing, or outcome of the services.
• The requested service time is indicative and subject to the Technician’s availability, logistical factors, and operational feasibility.
• Khadamaty does not provide warranties regarding service execution timelines, quality of workmanship, or adherence to specific materials lists.
• Technicians may, at their discretion, utilize alternative materials or methods, provided they are within acceptable industry practices.
• Any disputes regarding workmanship, materials, or service scope must be resolved directly between the User and the Technician.
Khadamaty and the Technicians will attempt to accommodate any special instructions provided by you. However, in cases where such instructions are not feasible, technically possible, or commercially viable, Khadamaty and/or the Technician may execute the request in accordance with standard operating procedures without any liability for non-conformance to special instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Khadamaty, its owners, affiliates, employees, and shareholders shall not be liable for:
• Any defects, damages, delays, or deficiencies in services rendered by Technicians.
• Any losses, claims, or disputes arising out of materials supplied or workmanship delivered by Technicians.
• Any misrepresentations, false claims, or non-compliance by Technicians with local laws or quality standards.
• Any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete service request details submitted by Users.
Users bear sole responsibility for verifying service addresses, scope of work, and any representations made by Technicians. While Khadamaty endeavors to provide a seamless experience, it does not guarantee the availability, punctuality, or performance of any Technician.
User Accounts
Users may create an account on the Platform by selecting a unique username and password. It is the User's sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Khadamaty shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access or activities conducted through your account.
You agree that:
• You will not register multiple accounts under your name or impersonate another individual or entity.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete personal and contact information.
• You have legal ownership or authorization over any property or asset for which you are requesting services.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
Khadamaty reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
For service provision purposes, Khadamaty may share your personal details (such as name, contact number, location, service request details, and attached media) with Technicians engaged for executing the Tasks. However, your credentials are stored securely and are not shared with unauthorized third parties.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform to:
• Distribute unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or criminal activities.
• Disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Platform's operations or network security.
• Exploit, reproduce, or misuse Platform content or resources without authorization.
Each device is intended to operate a single User account. Attempting to exploit promotions or platform features through multiple accounts may result in account suspension or termination.
Account Termination
You may delete your Khadamaty account at any time through the Account page. Upon account deletion, your personal information - Including your phone number and address will be removed from our active records, while service request history and invoices will be retained for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. All data handling will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel a Service Request submitted through the Platform at any time before it has been accepted by a Technician, and you will be eligible for a full refund if payment was processed.
If you wish to cancel a Service Request after it has been accepted by a Technician, you must contact us immediately on our email address: office@khadamatyjo.com chat feature. Khadamaty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility for a full or partial refund for Service Requests cancelled after acceptance. Refund decisions will consider the nature of the service, preparation or mobilization already initiated by the Technician, and any associated costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
A Service Request may be subsequently cancelled by the Technician after you have received a confirmation of acceptance. Khadamaty and its Technicians reserve the right to cancel any Service Request, before or after acceptance, due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of resources, technical limitations, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will be notified immediately of the cancellation.
Your service request history on the Platform will display only completed and fulfilled requests. In the event of a failed online payment, any debited amount will be refunded to the original payment method used. Refund processing timelines are subject to your bank’s policies and may take between 7 to 14 business days.
For all cancellations, refunds, or disputes related to services, Khadamaty will adhere to the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of Jordan governing service contracts and after-sales obligations.
Please note that certain services, once commenced or executed in part by the Technician, may not be eligible for refund due to the nature of the work involved (such as diagnostic visits, material procurement, or partial execution of services).
Service Availability by Location
You understand that the availability of services offered by Khadamaty may vary depending on your geographic location. Service coverage areas may expand, contract, or change due to various factors, including but not limited to: Technician availability, geographical constraints, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, and situations of force majeure.
Technician Visit Timing
Khadamaty will coordinate with Technicians to facilitate an on-site visit to the service address provided by you. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the Technician will be communicated via notifications or messages.
Please note that the Selected Appointment is indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
• Location distance and access limitations,
• Volume of service requests (peak periods),
• Traffic conditions,
• Weather disturbances,
• Technician resource availability.
You acknowledge and accept that arrival times are estimates and may result in earlier or later arrivals. It is your responsibility to ensure that you, or an authorized representative, is present at the service address to receive the Technician and facilitate access to the premises.
Failed or Unsuccessful Technician Visits
Without prejudice to other clauses in these Terms, a Technician’s visit may be considered unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to you, including but not limited to:
• No one being present or available at the service address to receive the Technician;
• Inability to reach you through the provided contact information despite multiple attempts;
• Lack of appropriate or sufficient access to the premises to perform the required services;
• Unsafe, restricted, or unsuitable working conditions on-site.
• Inability to reach a mutual agreement on the applicable service fees.
• Failed/ incomplete payment.
In such cases, Khadamaty will attempt to contact you via in-app messages, phone calls, or email to resolve the situation. If the issue remains unresolved within a reasonable period, Khadamaty reserves the right to cancel the Service Request without any obligation to issue a refund or compensation for the failed visit.
Khadamaty shall not bear responsibility for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the failure to finalize a service engagement.
No-Show by User (User Not Present at Time of Visit)
If you remain uncontactable, unreachable, or fail to provide access to the premises within a reasonable time upon the Technician’s arrival, Khadamaty reserves the right to cancel the Service Request. In such cases, no refunds or remedies shall be provided, and any rescheduling may be subject to additional charges at Khadamaty’s discretion.
Service Deficiencies or Incomplete Work
Upon completion of a service visit, if you identify any issues with the service provided (e.g., incomplete work, service not aligned with request, or workmanship defects), you must contact Khadamaty’s customer support through the in-app chat feature immediately.
Khadamaty may request additional information, including photographic evidence, to investigate the reported issue. If it is determined that the Technician’s service delivery was materially deficient or unsatisfactory, Khadamaty will mediate with the Technician to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include re-visiting the site for rectification or partial refund (if applicable).
Please note that disputes regarding service scope, execution methods, or subjective satisfaction levels are subject to Khadamaty’s discretion and will be assessed based on the original Service Request details and industry-standard practices.
Technician Visit Delays
If a Technician’s arrival is significantly delayed beyond the communicated ETA, you are advised to contact customer support via the in-app chat feature. While Khadamaty strives to ensure timely service, certain delays may be unavoidable due to operational constraints.
In cases of substantial delays directly attributable to Khadamaty or the Technician, we will endeavor to:
• Notify you of the revised ETA promptly;
• Provide rescheduling options where feasible;
• Offer other remedies at our discretion.
Your Responsibilities
By using the services of the Khadamaty Platform, you agree and undertake to:
1. Provide Accurate Information:
Ensure that all information provided during registration and while placing service requests is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for any losses or issues arising from misinformation, incomplete details, or failure to update your account information (e.g., incorrect service address). Khadamaty reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of persistent misinformation.
2. Account Security & Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorized access using your account due to negligence in safeguarding credentials will be solely your responsibility.
3. Content & Communication Conduct:
You are solely responsible for all personal opinions, statements, uploaded files, messages, and interactions conducted through the Platform. Khadamaty shall not be held liable for content shared by Users. You agree not to:
• Access services in an unauthorized manner or bypass platform security.
• Attempt to alter, copy, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any of the Platform's software or systems.
• Send or share any content that is threatening, abusive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or contrary to the laws of Jordan and international agreements.
• Harass, threaten, or verbally abuse other Users, Technicians, or Khadamaty’s support personnel.
• Post or distribute illegal, offensive, or harmful content that may damage the reputation of individuals or institutions.
• Advertise, sell, or promote any products or services without Khadamaty's prior written approval.
• Engage in chain letters, phishing, scams, or distribute malicious software.
• Misuse, collect, or distribute personal data belonging to other Users without consent.
4. Data Usage & Platform Monitoring:
You agree that any records, files, or materials obtained through the Platform are used at your own risk. Khadamaty shall not be responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other issues arising from downloaded content. Khadamaty reserves the right to monitor Platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect its systems and Users.
5. Commercial Usage Restrictions:
You agree not to use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial activities unrelated to Khadamaty's service offerings. This includes—but is not limited to—copying content, soliciting Users or Technicians for external services, or using Platform data for competitive purposes.
6. Prohibited Actions:
You must not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other Users’ accounts or the Platform’s internal systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s services, servers, or networks.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any disruptive files.
• Violate the security or integrity of the Platform, its resources, or its Users.
• Impersonate other individuals or entities, including Technicians or Khadamaty representatives.
7. Parental Supervision for Minors:
Users who are minors (under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Platform. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult while using the Platform and when arranging on-site service visits.
8. Payment Method Ownership:
All credit or debit cards used for payments through the Platform must belong to the User or must be used with explicit legal authorization from the cardholder. The User is responsible for ensuring the legality and validity of all payment transactions.
9. Service Fees & Payment Obligations:
Users agree to pay the applicable service fees communicated at the time of issuing the quote through the application. Technicians are under no obligation to commence or complete service execution until payment confirmation is received through the Platform or as per pre-agreed payment terms.
User Material
Other than personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") which is governed by our Privacy Policy, any material you submit, transmit, or post to the Khadamaty Platform (including but not limited to service requests, images, videos, feedback, reviews, or messages) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Khadamaty shall have no obligations regarding such material and reserves the right to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, or otherwise use any such material and the data, images, sounds, text, or other elements embodied within it for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to improving services, platform development, or marketing activities.
Prohibited User Material
You are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, transmitting, or submitting to or through the Platform any material that:
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive;
• Contains unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional material, spam, or chain letters;
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful, disruptive, or destructive software or code;
• Attempts to hack, infiltrate, or misuse the Platform or its associated systems.
Additionally, any comments, feedback, images, or content submitted by you through the Platform must not:
• Be defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination of any kind;
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents) belonging to third parties;
• Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, including but not limited to confidentiality obligations;
• Promote illegal activities or invade another person’s privacy;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Khadamaty or give the false impression that the content is endorsed by us;
• Be used to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
Liability for Breaches
The above list of prohibited acts is non-exhaustive. You agree to indemnify and compensate Khadamaty for all costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of your breach of these restrictions, including any third-party claims or legal actions arising from your submitted material.
Cooperation with Authorities
Khadamaty will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, account information, or location of any individual posting material in breach of these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not access or use the Khadamaty Platform for any purpose other than the intended and authorized use of the services made available by Khadamaty. The Platform is strictly for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise explicitly approved in writing by Khadamaty.
Any misuse or prohibited activity may result in the spswuspension, blocking, or permanent termination of your Account, as well as legal action where applicable.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:
1. Violation of Laws & Regulations:
• Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, regulations, or industry codes.
• Submitting false or misleading information regarding your identity, property ownership, or service requests.
2. Intellectual Property Infringement:
• Uploading, distributing, or sharing content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any proprietary rights of others.
3. Illegal Services & Activities:
• Requesting or offering illegal services through the Platform.
• Facilitating, promoting, or instructing others to engage in unlawful acts.
4. Fraudulent or Misleading Conduct:
• Providing falsified identity documents or impersonating any person or entity.
• Engaging in activities that may be construed as fraudulent or deceptive.
5. Use of Malicious Software or Unauthorized Access:
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful programs.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Khadamaty’s systems or other Users’ accounts.
6. Abusive or Inappropriate Behavior:
• Posting, uploading, or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating Technicians, other Users, or Khadamaty support personnel.
• Disrupting the use or enjoyment of the Platform by other Users or Technicians.
7. Unauthorized Commercial Activities:
• Promoting, advertising, or selling products or services through the Platform without Khadamaty's prior written authorization.
• Operating multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or similar unauthorized business activities.
8. Financial Crimes & Sanctions Violations:
• Engaging in activities that finance terrorism, money laundering, or any financial crimes.
• Engaging in business with persons or entities subject to national or international sanctions.
9. Inappropriate Content & Harmful Activities:
• Submitting content that promotes violence, exploitation, or any other unlawful activities.
• Engaging in activities that could endanger user safety or the safety of Khadamaty personnel.
10. Misuse of Payment Methods:
• Using payment methods that you are not authorized to use.
• Conducting transactions with stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards.
11. Misuse of Platform Systems:
• Attempting to manipulate the Platform’s processes, scheduling systems, or service allocation methods.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any scraping technologies to extract data from the Platform.
Khadamaty's Rights & Actions
Khadamaty reserves the right, but is not obligated, to take the following actions in response to any actual or suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy:
• Investigate complaints or allegations regarding content or conduct that may violate these Terms.
• Remove any content deemed abusive, illegal, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Monitor, edit, or disclose content posted on the Platform if necessary for compliance with legal requirements.
• Suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate any Account found engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activities.
• Cancel any active Service Request if linked to suspicious or prohibited behavior.
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement or court orders requesting information or action regarding prohibited activities.
Authority of Khadamaty
1. System Operation and Availability:
Khadamaty reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently cease the operation of the Platform or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to system maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Khadamaty shall not be held liable to Users or any third party for any consequences resulting from such suspension or cessation of services.
2. Account Access & Credentials Control:
Khadamaty may, at its sole discretion, restrict Users from using the same phone number for two different accounts, to ensure platform security, prevent fraudulent activities, or protect system integrity.
3. Service Performance Disclaimer:
While Khadamaty endeavors to provide reliable and timely services, it does not guarantee that the services will always be provided uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet Users’ expectations. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond Khadamaty's control, including but not limited to Technicians’ availability, technical issues, or force majeure events.
4. Content Backup & Deletion Rights:
Khadamaty reserves the right to back up, archive, or delete files, messages, or other data provided by Users during the use of the Platform at intervals deemed appropriate by Khadamaty. Khadamaty shall not be held responsible for any loss of data arising from such processes.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership:
All information, documents, software, designs, graphics, and other content produced by Khadamaty or legally acquired from third parties are the exclusive property of Khadamaty and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from using such materials outside the scope of the Platform's intended usage without prior written consent.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Usage:
Khadamaty reserves the right to display, share, repost, or relocate user-generated content (such as service descriptions, feedback, images, or media uploaded by Users) within the Platform as deemed appropriate. Such content may also be accessed, copied, or shared by other Users. Users shall not claim any royalty, fee, or compensation from Khadamaty for the use or redistribution of such content within the Platform ecosystem.
7. Third-Party Platform Transitions:
Khadamaty may facilitate access to third-party platforms or services via links or integrations within its Platform. By using such services, you acknowledge that Khadamaty holds no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or functionality of external platforms accessed through its Platform.
8. Modification of Services & Account Requirements:
Khadamaty reserves the right to:
• Introduce new services that may require the creation of a User Account even if previously such services were accessible without an account.
• Modify, enhance, restrict, or discontinue certain services either partially or completely.
• Convert certain free services into paid services, with prior notification to affected Users where feasible.
9. Service Downtime & Maintenance:
The Platform may become unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen outages. While Khadamaty will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance of planned service interruptions, it does not guarantee such notifications will always be possible. Khadamaty retains the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any part of its services at any time without liability.
Guidelines for Reviews
Review Approval Criteria
Reviews submitted on the Khadamaty Platform will be approved based on the following criteria:
• Relevancy:
Reviewers must have had a direct and genuine experience with the Technician or service provider they are reviewing.
• Acceptable Content:
Khadamaty reserves the right to approve or reject any review at its sole discretion. Some common reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• Use of offensive language, including profanity, abusive, racist, or hate speech.
• Irrelevant, vague, or non-informative content.
• Discriminatory remarks based on religion, race, gender, nationality, age, marital status, disability, or other protected classes.
• References to illegal activities or content that contradicts societal values and laws.
• Conflicts of interest, such as competitors posting misleadingly negative reviews.
• Allegations regarding legal or regulatory violations without evidence.
• Reviews containing outdated or obsolete information.
No Endorsement or Liability
Reviews posted on Khadamaty do not represent the views or opinions of Khadamaty, its affiliates, partners, or employees. Khadamaty does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any review content and is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of information contained in reviews or the Platform.
Ownership of Reviews
All reviews submitted to Khadamaty are exclusively owned by Khadamaty in perpetuity. Khadamaty retains the right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and distribute review content across any media or platforms, as deemed necessary. Users acknowledge that Khadamaty is under no obligation to provide compensation or royalties to the author or any other party for such use.
Termination of Agreement
Khadamaty reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or delete your Account and your access to or use of the Platform, including any service requests made through the Platform, at any time and for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where Khadamaty, at its sole discretion, determines that your use of the Platform or services is unacceptable, or if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.
Where feasible and appropriate, Khadamaty will provide you with an opportunity to explain or rectify the issue before taking action to terminate, suspend, or delete your Account. However, this is not guaranteed and may be bypassed in cases of serious violations or where immediate action is required.
Restrictions for Non-Personal and Non-Commercial Use
You agree that any commercial use, reproduction, or re-publication of content, materials, or information provided by Khadamaty, without prior written consent, may cause serious and irreparable harm to Khadamaty. Such unauthorized use may lead to significant monetary damages, which may not fully compensate for the harm caused.
Accordingly, Khadamaty shall be entitled to seek temporary and permanent injunctive relief or other equitable remedies to prohibit or prevent any unauthorized commercial use or distribution of its content and materials.
Refund Policy
Khadamaty values your satisfaction and strives to resolve any issues you may encounter with the services requested through our Platform. If you experience problems with a service booked via Khadamaty, please contact us promptly through at office@khadamatyjo.com or other available communication channels, and we will assist you.
In cases where Khadamaty has processed payment on behalf of the Technician or service provider, Khadamaty may issue full or partial refunds based on the circumstances, including but not limited to:
• You did not receive the requested service.
• The service provided was incomplete or substantially different from what was ordered.
Refunds will generally be issued as credit to your Khadamaty account unless you specifically request a refund to the original payment method, which may take 7–14 business days depending on your financial institution.
For services or goods that fall under regulated categories subject to consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., non-service products like electronics, health & beauty, or other goods procured via the Platform), cancellation, return, or refund policies will adhere to the applicable local consumer protection regulations.
Price and Payment
Once your service request has been accepted, this constitutes an agreement between you (the User) and the Technician or service provider responsible for fulfilling the request. Payment for services is made directly to the Technician or directly via Khadamaty payment gateway upon issuance of payment request by us. completion of payment is required to allow for execution of required services. Or as otherwise agreed. Khadamaty / the technician reserves the right to withhold execution pending receipt of full / partial payment.
Khadamaty does not provide payment services directly to Users or third parties. All online payments are processed through your chosen payment provider or financial institution, and any payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment service providers partnered with Khadamaty.
Prices displayed on the Platform will be shown in the applicable local currency and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices and promotions available on Khadamaty may differ from those offered directly by Technicians or service providers through other channels, including their own websites or physical locations.
The way prices and fees are presented on the Platform may vary depending on the Technician or service provider. Prices, service fees (including delivery or booking fees), and any additional charges shown on the Platform are as of the time of placing your order and may be subject to change. Khadamaty reserves the right to charge reasonable fees related to the operation of the Platform and services. Upon arrival of the technician and assessment of your’ requested services, a detailed breakdown of all prices and fees will be presented to you before you finalize your order.
By confirming your order, you agree to pay all amounts, including any additional charges, as displayed on the final order confirmation page.
Payment Methods
When making a payment through your Khadamaty Account, you may select from the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Khadamaty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce new payment methods or discontinue existing ones at any time without prior notice.
If you choose an online payment method, including but not limited to CliQ, the payment process will be facilitated by authorized third-party payment service providers. Subject to your consent, certain payment details (such as credit or debit card information) may be securely stored by these providers to expedite future transactions. Khadamaty does not collect, store, or manage your payment information directly.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the availability of sufficient funds or credit limits and for taking all necessary actions to successfully complete the payment for your service requests. Khadamaty assumes no responsibility for failed transactions resulting from insufficient funds, credit issues, or incorrect payment information.
Khadamaty will manage refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and dispute resolutions exclusively for payments processed through the Platform’s online payment system. In cases where payment is made directly in cash to the Technician, Khadamaty shall bear no responsibility or liability for any related disputes, refunds, or chargebacks.
All refund, chargeback, cancellation, and dispute resolution requests will be handled in accordance with these Terms, provided such requests are reasonable and justified.
Prior to completing any payment, you are required to carefully review and accept all terms, conditions, fees, and disclaimers associated with the chosen payment method.
Refund & Chargeback Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Khadamaty is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
• The requested service was not delivered.
• The service provided was incomplete or materially different from what was confirmed.
• The Technician failed to arrive at the agreed-upon service location despite reasonable attempts to contact you.
• Service cancellations initiated by Khadamaty or the Technician due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any other situation deemed valid by Khadamaty, subject to a case-by-case assessment.
Refund requests must be submitted promptly via the in-app chat support or other official communication channels. Supporting evidence (such as photographs, messages, or other documentation) may be requested to assess the validity of the claim.
2. Refund Process
• Refunds for payments processed through the Platform’s online payment system will generally be issued as credit to your Khadamaty Account.
• Upon your explicit request, a refund may be processed to the original payment method, subject to banking procedures and timelines.
• Refunds to the original payment method may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
• Refunds for services involving materials already procured or work partially performed may be issued on a pro-rata basis, determined at Khadamaty’s discretion.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
• Payments made directly in cash to Technicians are not covered under this Refund Policy. Khadamaty assumes no responsibility or liability for cash transactions conducted outside the Platform’s online payment system.
• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences or subjective expectations if the service was delivered as per the confirmed scope.
• Refunds are subject to applicable Jordanian consumer protection laws.
4. Chargebacks
In cases where you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for a transaction made on the Khadamaty Platform, Khadamaty reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate your User Account pending resolution of the dispute.
• Provide transaction records, communication logs, and service completion evidence to contest the chargeback.
• Deduct any associated fees or penalties arising from unjustified chargebacks from future refunds or account balances.
5. Dispute Resolution
Khadamaty will make reasonable efforts to mediate disputes between Users and Technicians. If a resolution cannot be reached, the final decision regarding refunds or compensations will be at Khadamaty’s sole discretion, based on the service request details and standard industry practices.
6. Finality of Decisions
All refund, chargeback, and cancellation decisions made by Khadamaty are final and binding, subject to applicable legal rights and remedies under Jordanian law.
Validity of Khadamaty Records
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, you agree and acknowledge that all records maintained by Khadamaty—including but not limited to bookkeeping entries, electronic files, computer logs, and any other digital or physical data—shall serve as valid, binding, and conclusive evidence of the matters recorded therein.
You expressly waive any right to contest the authenticity or accuracy of such records and agree that they shall have the full force of an evidential contract. Furthermore, you waive any right to require additional proof or to dispute the validity of these records by oath or otherwise.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including non-contractual disputes, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severable from the remainder of these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No waiver of any provision by Khadamaty shall be interpreted as a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of that or any other provision.
License
Khadamaty grants you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access and view the Platform, and to download, email, share via social networks, or print individual pages from the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not remove any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary notices displayed on such pages. Any other use of the Platform or its content is strictly prohibited.
You agree that you shall not, under any circumstances:
• Data Compilation & Archiving
• Incorporate, aggregate, or store any information, content, or materials obtained from the Platform into any database, compilation, archive, or cache, whether for personal, commercial, or other purposes.
• Unauthorized Distribution & Commercial Use
• Modify, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, display, perform, license, resell, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or with Khadamaty’s prior written consent.
• Automated Access & Scraping
• Employ any manual or automated means, including but not limited to robots, spiders, web crawlers, data extraction tools, or any similar technologies, to deep-link, scrape, copy, or monitor any portion of the Platform, its content, or its systems without explicit prior authorization from Khadamaty.
• Framing & Linking
• Link to or frame any pages, sections, or content of the Platform, in whole or in part, on any other website or digital platform without obtaining Khadamaty’s prior written consent.
• Enforcement & Legal Action
• Khadamaty reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person or entity found to be in violation of the restrictions outlined above. Such actions may be enforced under applicable Jordanian law, and where relevant, through international legal frameworks and jurisdictions.
• Permitted Sharing
• You may, however, share public links to the Platform or become a follower, subscriber, or “fan” of Khadamaty on social networking platforms, provided that such actions do not contravene the prohibitions specified in this section or elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reservation of Rights
• All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Khadamaty. The Company retains all statutory and common law rights to take legal or equitable action against any party engaging in unauthorized use of the Platform’s content or systems.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, images, service marks, and content displayed on the Platform or used in Khadamaty’s marketing materials are the intellectual property of Khadamaty and/or third parties who have authorized Khadamaty to use such proprietary rights (collectively the “Intellectual Property”).
You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of Khadamaty’s Intellectual Property without our prior express written consent.
The use of Khadamaty’s Intellectual Property—including but not limited to trademarks and logos—on any other website or platform not approved by Khadamaty is strictly prohibited.
Khadamaty will vigorously enforce its Intellectual Property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including pursuing criminal prosecution if necessary.
Khadamaty does not warrant or represent that your use of materials displayed on the Platform will not infringe or misappropriate the rights of third parties not owned by Khadamaty or its affiliates. Use of any materials from the Platform is at your own risk.
Contribution License
By posting any contributions, content, or materials to any part of the Khadamaty Platform, you hereby grant Khadamaty an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), distribute, and otherwise exploit such contributions for any purpose — whether commercial, advertising, promotional, or otherwise — in connection with the Platform or its promotion.
You represent and warrant that you have full rights to grant this license.
Khadamaty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
1 Edit, redact, or modify any contributions;
2 Re-categorize contributions to place them in more appropriate sections;
3 Pre-screen, refuse, or remove any contributions that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
Links to and from Other Platforms
As a courtesy to you, the Khadamaty Platform may provide links to other websites or applications. Some of these third-party sites or apps may be affiliated with Khadamaty, while others are independent.
Khadamaty is not responsible for the content, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on websites or applications created and maintained by third parties. Visiting such third-party sites is at your own risk.
Khadamaty does not control these third-party websites or applications and does not guarantee their availability or content. Any references to commercial products or services on these third-party platforms do not imply endorsement by Khadamaty.
By using the Khadamaty Platform, you acknowledge that Khadamaty is not liable for the availability or content of any third-party websites or applications linked to or from the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khadamaty provides this Platform and its content on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, timeliness, or error-free operation of the Platform, nor do we guarantee that defects will be corrected or that the Platform or servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.
Except as otherwise required by law, neither Khadamaty nor its directors, officers, agents, employees, or contractors shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business, arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Khadamaty’s negligence or that of its agents or employees.
Merchants and Technicians listed on the Platform are solely responsible for the preparation, condition, and quality of the goods or services they provide. In cases where delivery is performed by the Merchant or Technician, they are responsible for such delivery. Khadamaty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your contractual relationship with any Merchant or Technician.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khadamaty, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use of the Khadamaty Platform;
• Any content, materials, or submissions you provide on or through the Platform;
• Any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party;
• Your violation of these Terms of Service; and
• Any other act or omission related to your use of the Platform.
Amendments
Khadamaty may update or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform, subject to applicable laws. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any of the updated or amended Terms, in whole or in part, you must immediately stop using the Platform and/or any of its services.

The information, content, products, services, and materials available through the Khadamaty application (whether provided by Khadamaty, you, other users, or other affiliates/third parties), including but not limited to goods and services orders, submissions, text, photos, graphics, audio files, video, and links, are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khadamaty disclaims all representations and warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or performance.
Prevailing Language
These Terms shall be provided in both English and Arabic. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the two versions, the English version shall take precedence and govern.
